These Terms of Use apply to visitors who access and use the Vivolution Technologies LLC website.
By using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and only for general information, service discovery, and business inquiry purposes.
Separate written agreements control any paid services, consulting work, support commitments, managed services, implementation projects, confidentiality obligations, service levels, and commercial terms.
These terms are designed for public website use. They do not replace negotiated project documents, vendor terms, Microsoft product terms, privacy commitments, or any written agreement signed between Vivolution and a client.
Website information
Website content is provided for general business information. Vivolution works to keep information clear and accurate, but services, availability, technology details, pricing assumptions, third-party platform features, and vendor requirements may change without notice.
No automatic engagement
Submitting a form, sending an email, or using WhatsApp does not create a client relationship, support obligation, statement of work, managed service agreement, confidentiality agreement, or guaranteed response time unless confirmed in writing by Vivolution.
Third-party services
The website may mention or link to Microsoft, WhatsApp, analytics providers, hosting services, maps, or other third-party platforms. Those services are controlled by their own owners and terms, and Vivolution is not responsible for third-party websites or platforms outside its control.
Intellectual property, security, and liability.
The website design, text, structure, graphics, and other materials belong to Vivolution or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Visitors may view the website for normal business evaluation but may not reproduce or misuse its content without permission.
Visitors must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, scan or attack systems, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the site in a way that harms Vivolution, its users, or third-party systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vivolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from general website use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Visitors are responsible for making sure that any information they submit is accurate, lawful, and theirs to share.
